If you open any popular magazine or newspaper you'll almost certainly see an article about one of them, with lots of photographs. Their names are Susan Rippon and Anna Ford. Most news announcers on British television are men, and when Susan began her job at the BBC three ago, she was the first woman news announcer. Pressure Cooker (压力锅) Safety
When you are cooking with a pressure cooker, you should learn a few common sense(常识)rules:
1 . Never leave the cooker unwatched when it is in use.
2. Add sufficient liquid but never past the recommended fill point. Overfilling the colder may block the vent pipe (排气孔) and cause the cooker to explode.

WHY VOLUNTEER？
Volunteering is a great way to get work experience, and may be one of the most valuable experiences of your life. You learn new skills by trying new jobs. Consider that most people find themselves in need at some point in their lives. You may be the person with the ability to help today, but tomorrow you may be someone who needs others' help. Even now you might be on both sides of the service cycle: maybe you are a tutor for someone who can't read, while last month the volunteer ambulance corps rushed you to the emergency room. Volunteering also includes “self-help.” So if you are active in your neighborhood crime watch, your home is protected while you protect your neighbors' homes, too.
